How It Works Paramount Service Process

What are the steps to your refund?

Step 1: Discovery
A no obligation pre-engagement conversation is arranged to explore and identify all eligible SR&ED opportunities.
   
Step 2: Estimate
A proposal for services is based on the SR&ED opportunities and on the needs of the client which are identified during the discovery stage.
   
Step 3: Preparation of the claim
The consultant works together with you and our team of industry, financial and tax experts to compile the necessary reports for filing your claim.
   
Step 4: Finalize and file the claim
Final review of claim for accuracy and to ensure maximum benefit for client with minimum risk.
   
Step 5: Tracking your claim
Paramount tracks the status of your claim for the entire duration and you will be updated as the claim processes through CRA.
   
Step 6: Notice and payment
A final letter confirming the amount approved will be sent from CRA followed by a notice of assessment 3-4 weeks following. Payment arrives 1-5 days following the notice of assessment.
